Shipping

Can you ship to a PO box?

ENVE uses UPS exclusively to ship product so we do require a physical address for all shipments.  PO boxes are not accepted.

How long will it take until I see my order?

It depends on availability.  If the item is in stock, we will ship within three business days.  ENVE builds wheels to order so the lead time may range from 7-30 days depending on the type of wheel and time of year.  If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at 877-358-2869 to get a more accurate lead time.

What shipping method do you use?

For domestic shipments, we use UPS exclusively.  We can ship either to your home or office.  For international shipments, please contact your country distributor.

What do I do if I lost my receipt?

ENVE Composites warrants all products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of FIVE YEARS from the original purchase date (receipt required). This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.   If you lose your receipt, often times the bike shop has a record of the sale.

What are your hours of operation?

ENVE’s hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST.  Or, email us at support@enve.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
